These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between Livescraper, Inc. ("Livescraper", "we", "us") and you ("you", "your", "Customer"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@livescraper.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You may only use Livescraper to collect data that is publicly available and that you have a lawful basis to process. You must not:
The data you collect through the Service ("Outputs") belongs to you. We grant ourselves no rights in your Outputs other than what is necessary to operate, secure and improve the Service.
Livescraper retains Outputs for 90 days after a run unless you delete them earlier. You may export, delete or purge any Output at any time from your dashboard.
You acknowledge that public-data sources can change, become unavailable, or contain inaccuracies. We cannot guarantee completeness of any individual run.
The free tier provides 500 free usages per calendar month and resets on the 1st of each month. Free-tier credit does not roll over.
Top-up credit is paid for in advance and does not expire. Credit is non-transferable between accounts. Refunds for unused top-up credit are available within 30 days of purchase by emailing billing@livescraper.com.
There are no monthly subscriptions, no auto-renewing charges, and no minimum spend. We will never charge your card without an explicit top-up action by you.
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime, measured at the API level. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance via the Status page. Business-tier customers may receive uptime SLAs in their order form.
The Service — software, design, documentation, brand — is owned by Livescraper. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it during the term of this agreement. You may not redistribute the Service itself.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or US $100, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data or reputational harm.
You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect, by email to your account address and via an in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
