No. There is no recurring billing. You top up credit only when you want to. The free tier never converts to paid automatically.
What counts as a "usage"?+
One row in the export. So 500 free usages = 500 rows of data each month, regardless of which tool you use them on.
Do unused free usages roll over?+
No — the 500 free usages reset at the start of every calendar month. Top-up credit, however, never expires.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes — unused top-up credit is refundable on request within 30 days of purchase. Email us with your account address.
