What is Livescraper?
What does Livescraper actually do?+
It's a no-code platform for scraping public data from Google Maps, Google Reviews, Google Search, and the open web. You sign in, pick a source, choose your fields, and get a clean export — CSV, JSON or Excel.
Do I need technical skills?+
No. Everything happens in a friendly UI — no SDKs, no proxies, no scraper code to write or maintain. If you can use a spreadsheet, you can use Livescraper.
How long does a typical run take?+
Most runs finish in under two minutes. Big runs (10k+ rows) can take longer — you can leave them queued and come back to a clean download.
Is there an API?+
Yes — every tool has a REST endpoint. See the API documentation for the full reference.

How do you charge?
Is there a monthly subscription?+
No. There is no recurring billing — you top up credit only when you want to scrape beyond the free tier. The free tier itself never converts to paid automatically.
What's in the free tier?+
500 free usages every calendar month, across every tool. No card required to activate. Resets the first of each month.
Does top-up credit expire?+
No. Top-up credit doesn't expire. The 500 free usages reset monthly, but anything you've paid for stays in your account.
Can I get an invoice?+
Yes — every top-up generates a downloadable invoice. For Business-tier customers we can also issue net-30 invoices on request.
Data & compliance
Is this GDPR-friendly?
Where does the data come from?+
Public business profiles, company sites, professional directories, Google Maps results. We never scrape behind logins, never use private/personal sources.
Is web scraping legal?+
Public data is generally legal to collect and process for commercial purposes — and that's all we work with. We follow GDPR principles for transparency, retention and lawful basis.
Do you delete my exports?+
Your exports stay in your account until you delete them. You can purge any run, any time. We don't retain copies after deletion.
Can I get a DPA?+
Yes — Business tier customers can sign our Data Processing Agreement on request. Contact us to start the process.
