info@, sales@, hello@ get terrible reply rates. Delete them. Personal emails (firstname.lastname@) only.

Step 4 — segment

Split into 3 lists by industry vertical or company size. Send each segment a tailored opener. 3× the reply rate.

Step 5 — warm up

Don't blast. Day 1: 30 sends. Day 2: 60. Day 3: 90. Reach 200/day by week 2. Saves your domain reputation.
