Lattice is a 22-person product studio that builds + ships SaaS for SMB-targeting startups. Marketing team is 3 people. Their stack included a B2B database ($600/mo), a scraping API ($300/mo) for custom Maps pulls, and an email validation tool ($300/mo).
The challenge
Three tools, three logins, three billings, three different data formats to wrangle into the CRM. The data overlapped significantly — the database had emails the validator had to re-check; the scraping API duplicated work the database half-did. James' audit found 60% redundancy across the stack.
The solution — what they built on Livescraper
Cancelled all three. Pointed everything at Livescraper instead: B2B Database for pre-built lists, Maps Scraper for custom pulls, Email Validation for the inline validation pass on every email scrape. Same workflow, one vendor, one bill, one CSV format. Annual cost dropped from $14,400 to $2,200.
