Northwind B2B is a 12-person outbound sales agency for SaaS companies. They run lead gen + outreach for ~30 client accounts at any time. Their biggest cost line — second only to people — was a legacy B2B database tool charging $1,400/month for 50,000 contact lookups.
The challenge
Their team's frustration wasn't price. It was freshness. Database lookups were 6-12 months stale, especially for SMB targets. SDRs were spending an hour a day correcting bad email addresses. The Maps category data was thin or missing for restaurants, dental clinics, agencies — exactly the markets their clients sold into. Maya started looking for an alternative on a Friday.
